Instruction for Use
Inpatients have wounds due to mechanical reasons, as they are continuously bedridden, both from organic causes due to the fall of general defense systems. Some of the sores are caused by perforations that occur in the phospholipid layer that protects the skin, as well as circulatory disturbances in parts of the skin that are under pressure (sacrum, elbow, back, heel).
The CleanDERM® patient wet wipes are first of all provided that you use a different wipe for each region after you remove it from the package; we must clean the pressure areas (elbows, back, sacrum, heel, etc.) slowly for a few seconds. While we will do to other parts of the body, we will prevent wound formation without disturbing the natural barrier system of the skin while cleaning and detaching. Thus, the elasticity of the skin and accelerate circulation, we will be able to stay healthier. Phospholipids are found naturally in the upper protective layer of the skin and protect the skin against external factors.
CleanDERM® cleanses the skin gently with its own material thanks to the surfactant properties of the phospholipid material contained. Sodium hyaluronate is a molecule with a water holding capacity of 1000 times its own weight. Usually, eye, skin, and joints. Its task in the skin is to provide moisture balance and to release the harmful substances from the skin when the beneficial substances are carried over the epidermis.
CleanDERM® skin and wound cleansing wash gloves help maintain skin elasticity by providing sodium hyaluronate content and moisture balance required by the skin.
Patient cleansing comes at the forefront of the most necessary prevention activities!! When trying to choose a product it should be chosen a product that can clean the patient’s skin as well as cares the skin. In addition to cleansing the skin, it should protect against infection and wounds by increasing the strength of the skin. Skin care and cleanliness of the face must be done with medical products that are designed according to these functions.
Specific products should be used as much as possible to prevent cross contamination, especially in patients with intensive care. While choosing a separate product for each region, products designed to be fully usable in these areas should be preferred to reduce the risk. Because there is a risk that the content of products other than this will enter the body cavities at any moment. Due to these risks; products that are designed to contact body openings, mucosal areas and wound areas should be selected.
CleanDERM® skin and wound cleansing wipes are designed for cleansing the general skin, mucosal areas, wounds and body openings of inpatients.
It is also used in the cleaning of the skin cleanses that such patients need, as well as the pollution from the body openings (Tracheostomy, Percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy (PEG), PEJ) caused by these patients.
In addition to ostomy care protocols, it helps to maintain skin integrity while ensuring daily cleansing of these areas
